The updates keep coming - we have just released a very long-awaited feature, made possible by the ongoing rollout of our newly rebuilt platform and Online Bookings 2.0.

You can now set appointment type restrictions within One-Off Availabilities.

Want to open up a one-off new patient slot, for example? Want to hold special visits on a specific day in the future?

Now you can! Even if it's out of hours.

You can access these new settings by using the Availability Manager on your calendar. Underneath One-Off Availability, you'll now see 2 new options:

1. 'Make available for online bookings': Simply turn this on, and your one-off availability will act like a regular, non guide slot for online bookings (any appointment types that are bookable 'in appointment guides only' will not be able to book in this slot, as expected).

2. 'Restrict to specific appointment types': Listing any appointment type(s) here will allow them to be booked in this slot via online booking, therefore functioning as a one-off appointment guide slot.
