Online Bookings 2.0

We're excited to announce the complete redesign of our Online Bookings feature, rebuilt from the ground up to enhance new patient conversion and improve the booking experience for both practices and patients.

New Features:

  • Streamlined Booking Process and Overhauled UI : Reduced steps for patients to complete bookings with a more intuitive booking form, including showing first available bookable slots and more

  • Easier Online Booking Settings Management : Using our completely new internal UI, you can handle location, practitioner and appointment type online booking configuration all from the one area. No more switching between settings pages to get your tool setup the way you want.

  • Game-changing Availability Algorithms: Rewritten from scratch, offers multiple new game changing improvements including

    • No more need for multiple guide slots - one slot can hold multiple appointments. Do away with lots of shorter slots and create one simple slot spanning the entire time frame you wish to offer your chosen appointment type/s

    • Resource View Guide slots /Block outs- Place guide slots anywhere on your calendar when using resource view, and Online Bookings 2.0 ensures those appointments hit the correct resources. Block outs now also only block the specific resource/s they have been applied to!

  • Smarter Cluster Booking: Intelligently group appointments for optimal practice workflow. Now choose from Strict & Flexible cluster booking.

  • Advanced Marketing Integration: Rebuilt Google Tag Manager implementation with GTM/GA4 support with a turnkey, drop in replacement with minimal configuration.

  • Conversion Optimisation: UI/UX improvements focused on converting website visitors to booked patients

  • Referral Tracking: Tracking Patient App referrals seamlessly

  • Discount Code Capability: Create and manage promotional offers to attract new patients

  • Embedded Payments : Payments are now taken directly in the booking process - no redirects to Stripe

  • Take Deposits: Only want to take a deposit for the booking, we’ve got that handled

  • Booking Hold: bookings in process will add an “On Hold” appointment in the calendar to prevent conflicts

  • Bypass Practitioner Selection : Show date & time availability instantly, without requiring patients to select practitioners. This can be set on a per appoointment type basis

  • Flexible Workflow Customisation: Adapt the booking flow to match your practice's unique processes

  • Improved Security : Enhanced security controls around embedded widgets

And, importantly we’re not stopping there. We’re working hard to bring more advanced cluster booking rules designed for higher volume practices, one off appointment guides and more.

This release represents a complete overhaul of our Online Bookings feature, with every aspect reconsidered and optimised for chiropractic practices. It’s live as of today!
