We're excited to introduce automated patient review requests directly through the Patient App! This new feature helps you build your clinic's online presence by automatically collecting patient feedback.Key Features:<ul><li>Configure review settings per individual clinic</li><li>Set minimum rating triggers (1-5 stars) for review requests</li><li>Customize visit number triggers for optimal timing</li><li>Simple patient interface with "Not now" and "Never" options</li><li>Direct integration with the third party review site of your choice</li></ul>Setup Guide:<ol><li>Navigate to Settings &gt; Clinics</li><li>Click Edit on your desired clinic</li><li>Select the "Patient Reviews" tab</li><li>Enter your Third Party Review URL</li><li>Configure your preferred rating and visit triggers</li></ol>Important Notes:<ul><li>Review requests are limited to one per patient</li><li>Patients must be registered for at least 1 week before receiving requests</li><li>To disable review requests, simply leave the Third Party Review URL field empty</li><li>For multi-clinic practices, settings need to be configured for each location</li></ul>This feature is now live for all users that are using the patient app. Log in to your clinic settings to get started!
