We've introduced an exciting new Stripe integration into our Patient App, giving you and your patients more flexibility and control over how they manage payments for appointments and packages, reducing the admin time on your front desk.
This update brings several new features that will enhance your practice's financial management:
Prepay for Appointments: Patients can now secure their appointments by paying in advance, reducing last-minute cancellations and no-shows.
Pay for Prepaid Packages: Offering package deals? Patients can now purchase them directly through the app, making it easier than ever to promote and sell your service bundles.
View Packages in App Account: Patients can easily keep track of their prepaid packages right from their app, meaning they’ll know exactly how many visits they have left at any point.
To start using these new features, simply ensure your Patient App is updated to the latest version. Your patients will be able to access these new payment options immediately as long as you have Stripe integration turned on your account.
