Take full control of your team's access with a completely redesigned permissions and roles system, featuring new tools for role management and streamlined workflows.

• Create new roles using existing roles as a template. When adding a new role, you can now select an existing role as a basis, automatically copying all its permissions. This saves significant time when creating similar roles—simply duplicate,
  rename, and adjust the few permissions that differ.

• Delete roles that are no longer needed. Roles that aren't assigned to any team members can now be removed entirely. The system prevents deletion of roles currently in use, ensuring you never accidentally remove access from active staff members.

• Manage permissions with an improved interface. The permissions grid has been redesigned for clarity, with better visual organisation of permission categories. Toggle individual permissions or use bulk actions to quickly configure access levels.

• Faster performance and reliability. The entire permissions system has been rebuilt for improved speed and responsiveness, particularly when working with large teams or complex permission structures.
