A clone of our system

Hi, instead of us having to do manual back ups of each sort of data (patients, appointments etc), we should automatically have a clone of our own system separate from PH so if a breach occurs again, we know our data is retrievable. The scary thing with this recent breach is that we could have lost 25 years of practice building.
