A link for booking promo visits online

I would like to place an ad in our local ayuntamiento magazine that allows patients to book online for an initial consultation with a discount, but I don’t want this to show up on the regular online bookings screen. The only way I can imagine doing what I want to do is with a separate link, or to a second online booking page.
