a more customizable advanced soap notes

When writing down soap notes we still utilise travel cards as I can just circle a listing or technique applied along with contact used. I like having very detailed notes, and I can not do that with the advanced soap notes. Can we have a more customizable form so I can just click a few options. I have already forwarded what we use as a travel card to your email address for you to see how many options I would actually like.
