A report including the Internal Notes

To run a report of 'internal notes' for an invoice, linked to the client name - this would enable us to generate a report for a specific Practitioner and over a certain period, so we can check our inventory and sale of products. Also, enabling us to pay the practitioners for any products sold or letters written for a client each month.
