Ability to customise where the signed in pop up appears on Check in portals practitioner screen

Using touchscreens in our open area as check in portals for patrons to sign in at each bench and DCs to add notes, notification of patron's signing in elsewhere pops up under the yellow "back to sign in screen" bar at the bottom of the screen. It would be helpful to customise where the pop-up notification comes up on the screen
