Ability to hide Custom Codes to see Visit notes more clearly

It would be good if we could click an arrow that hides/unhides the Custom Codes when writing an Advanced Visit Note.

This way you can see the Visit notes more clearly (not having to scroll down sections in the SOAP Visit notes and you could see the whole note all at once).

As a default the Custom Codes could be set to visible or hidden.
