Ability to select which patients sync with autopilot

Autopilot charges based on the number of subscribers, so if you have a large number of old patients on your practicehub database, who you don't wish to contact, you will still be charged a higher fee. It would be great if patients could sync automatically, but with certain criteria applied, ie, has had an appointment in the past 12 months. Thanks!
