Ability to share care plan tracking with the patient

I’d like to be able to create a patients care plan for them and then once it’s agreed and created and all appointments are scheduled to share that with them via in email, in a visual way - the same way that practice hub creates it for us. One better would be that I create the care plan, we agree on it during their ROF. I send it to them and they can schedule all the visits in themselves saving us time at front desk. One better than that would be that they can then select a payment plan at the end of it based on the packages or memberships we have available. Basically Practice Hub, I want you to stream line my entire life! BIG LOVE AND GRATITUDE FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO FOR US!
