Acces to information

It would be really healpful to be able to clicnk on patietn appoinments, as a practitioner and see directly into their file, to then be able to write in it, clicking through to practitioner and then selecting patients that are listed for the day in time order when there is more than one practitioner is not as clear, i=can you have a choice to see patients list as a whole in time order, or select your own patient list to be able to view over the day and week.?
