Accidental Shift Closing

We keep having incidents when the CA's go into the shift summary report via the close shift option on the menu - then as the close shift button is so big and inviting and there is no cancel or back option, they accidentally close the shift. Firstly would be be possible to add an ARE YOU SURE option to this button - and secondly is there any way for a manager user to have rights to un-close the the session and allow it to continue to build information - so if someone had closed it when things where not correct, it could be adjusted and corrected.
