Add a Right-Click menu to Patients in the Calendar Page for more efficient processing.

Add a menu when right-clicking on Patients in the calendar page. Eg. Marking Arrived, With Practitioner, Book Next Apt, Reschedule, Cancel etc It removes the need to left click on a patient, opening a second fullscreen page to access these processes, which can become tedious. Thanks!
