Add "Company" as a box they need to fill out next to "Occupation"

It would be really useful to know what company people work for, we can then follow them on LinkedIn and hopefully get more business that way. The reason why I want it on the PH system (and not ask it on the form) is so that information can easily be pulled through to Autopilot & Slack etc.
