Add feature to notify and make it easy to delete patent files if not in >8yrs

Due to data protection we have to delete patient records, if they have not attended in over an 8 year period. They can take Legal action against us up to 7 years after their appointment. Beyond this we are safe and no longer have grounds to hold the records. It would be nice to have an area/feature where patients who have not been in for > 8 yrs are flagged up and can easily be deleted in one go, rather than having to look up each individual. Automated would be brilliant. Thank you
