Add Google Maps Link Box To Location Settings

We noticed we had to add this separately for each appointment type (confirmation and reminders)! And could not add it as part if clinic location setting. Or in fact any global setting. Would be great if this was a global setting meaning only had to be done once. Plus for client's to get easy directions of course. 👍
