Add more placeholders

Can you please add more placeholder options for all email fields, especially care plan email and invoice email. I would particularly like to see all the same options as in reminder emails, and also to add clinic address options. We have 2 practices and need to use the subject line of the email to filter replies to the right practice email account, so need some more flexibility.
