Add packages and memberships as a check-out option on app

We have our payments turned on for the app, but if I am a PAYG patient currently without credit on file, it would be great if it gave me the option of purchasing a package at checkout. I think where the packages are placed currently is quite hard to find within the settings. I would argue that buying a package isn’t an app setting it needs to be in the appts or book tab also.
