Add percentages to Upcoming Visit Summary report
Add percentages to upcoming visit summary report to show how booked a week is compared to another.
I.e. This week 139 + 79 = 218
Next week - 132 (61%)
Week 2 - 135 (62%)
Week 3 - 88 (40%)
