Adding Global Rehab Online - Inside PH

We want to add a new ability membership inside PH to take advantage of the monthly DD feature. Features Upgrades: It would use either Stripe Or Go Cardless. It would have the ability to set a custom Trial Period (eg 14 days) To charge on the 1st of the month. To add a Custom Link On Completion or have a follow-up seq tag. The ability to select NO treatments in the membership type. The ability to automatically send an invoice. The ability to both add credit on the 1st of the month and to use it. i.e. not keep building up credit over several months.
