Additional rules for Connect campaigns

Hi team,

Would it be possible to add additional rules to connect that send campaigns based on the last appointment?

We have a range of services and it isn’t always the case that the last appointment date or number of appointments is a suitable time to send a message out - rather it would be preferable to use the custom appointment types defined by the user
