There is a 'report of findings' document that would be produced. Is there a way (or can there be a way) for an automatic mail merge type document that certain data is pulled out of the new patient intake form and exam forms to develop a report? This might be a more advanced ai concept...
Or if we could create a letter which say 'you've come in feeling ___.' The blank would have an insert like [new_patient_form; question 3] and then, 'This is shown by the findings ___.' Where the blank is populated by [exam_form; answer 5]. Something along those lines.
I have seen that posts along a similar line have been suggested. I think using AI properly, we could bring all of these items together creating a masterful, easy, succinct ROF.
