Alert 24 hours before IC if patient not completed intake form

If an appointment (such as initial consultation) requires a patient to fill in a form prior to the visit it would be great if an alert came up on the diary so we can prompt them to make sure it is completed before they visit. Once it is complete then the alert goes away.
