Alert for duplicate care plan tracker template

If you have a lot of care plan trackers it can be difficult to see if you have one in already. Also sometimes when you go to save a care plan tracker it doesn't save you have to do it again and then it duplicates in the templates. So an alert if you are duplicating a template.
