Allow practitioners to have access to specific practitioners calendars.

Right now permissions for access on the calendar is either practitioners see ALL appointments of every practitioners on the calendar OR to have access to their OWN calendar only. It would be great to have an 'in between': if there is 3 practitioners then 2 practitioners can access each other calendars and NOT the third practitioner's calendar.
