AND OR filter rules for connect

At the moment, Connect can select campaign recipients based on stacking rules - but it continues to stack using AND logic. Would be great to have a logic switch for OR rules.

For Example at the moment I can’t select patints who are marked as marketing only OR those who have a special tag applied, only those who have both. In order to send a campaign to both groups, I would need 2 separate campaigns
