When a patient uses the app to reschedule or cancel an appointment we do not get any email notification, which makes it more difficult to track who’s not on schedule and who was due an appointment that week.
Also, it is mandatory to state a reason for their cancellation, but this shows up only on the Cancellation report, not on the appointment log (quickest way to track what’s going on with someone)
