App Messenger notifications

It would be great to have a better notification system for the App Messenger feature. At the moment we keep an open tab for that Inbox, but pop up notifications do not stay on until I force close them, on the contrary they disappear after a few seconds. So if we are away from the computer we miss them and miss the point of instant messages/chat.

It would be nice to have a Messenger chat button like the one we have with Practice Hub support, or something that highlights on Practice Hub that I have a new message waiting for me on the Inbox.
