Appointment notes

When a patient has no future appointments booked, there's currently no dedicated space to leave a "next appointment note." As a result, important details can sometimes be missed - especially if the CA is busy and doesn’t open the profile in time to check any Overview/Sticky Notes. It would be helpful to have a section where a note can be written in advance, which would then automatically appear in the appointment note section, once the patient books. This would help ensure nothing important is overlooked, when preparing for their next visit.

Ps: we already use sticky notes for details that need to stay clearly visible in the patient’s profile at all times
