When someone RS or CN's an appointment we are both using the dropdown list of reasons and entering text in the box as is needed. However, in the patients record (overview and in the appointments list) only the manually entered text comes out, if its just picked from the list, it just says "reason:" and nothing else - However it is recording it in PH, if i look at the report for missed appointments its all correct. Obviously we really need to be able to read all the reasons within the patient record. Could this be added in as it seems crazy not to have it.
