Auto show / hide for custom days

In the calendar in day mode, it does a fantastic job using the auto show/hide to display only the appropriate practitioners - however, if we add a one time opening of session via the availably tool for a practitioner (maybe covering for sickness or holiday or something) then they dont appear unless we remember its there and turn it on. Similarly, if a practitioner is away for a couple of weeks and we set them away they still appear as obviously the show hide comes from the settings for working hours - would it be possible for it to also check and for people who have been away'd for the whole of their working hours and filter them out and also display anyone who has one time working hours that day.
