Autodetect ALL default practitioners

As i understand it, the system sets the default practitioner the first time an appointment is processed. I feel it would make sense that if you have different modularities on the system e.g. Chiro / Massage etc - that the first time a client attends an appointment for each individual modularity that the get assigned a default practitioner for that area. This way when we look at selling membership plans and the like, they will be picked up automatically without us having to set them ourselves.
