Automated tasks

The ability to enable a number of automated tasks based on certain triggers e.g.:

Patient had their first adjustment (a call list populates for the practitioner to work through, to ask them how they are feeling - on the call-list is only the pertinent info e.g. name, contact number(s), next appt date/time, last visit note summary at a glance)

Patient's birthday is in a week - task appears for CA to write & post birthday card etc.
