Automatic contact made when card is declined via stripe.

In a fast pace shift peoples visits aren't always processed whilst they are there infront of you. If that person has lost the card/there'sno money on it there's no way to follow up with them easily. Curretnly we have to flag it internally, then have someone call or email them asking them to call back with card details for us to input again on their file, or we ask them to whatsapp their card details. Neither of which feel very professional, they also take up a lot of admin time. We've just run our debtors report which we haven't been using (our fault, I know) and I can see we are owed a fair bit of money. Solution: Would it be possible to auto-email someone when their visit could not be processed via stripe and provide them with a payment link, updating their card details within PH?
