Automatically update processing window to show balance owing as well as today's session

When I am processing a visit for someone with an outstanding balance, it would be great if by default the invoice total and payment total were updated to the right amount to clear the outstanding. For example, someone with a missed appointment fee of $50 outstanding, plus the current session they arrived for at $50 = $100, rather than just showing the invoice balance for the most recent visit
