Better diagnostic image viewing

Have diagnostic images available to view from the treatment notes section as a pop up so you can quickly view x-rays etc whilst in the notes section without having to leave the page (and draft). Also would be useful to see that x-rays are uploaded (we upload pictures of NP forms for signature capture so would be good to differentiate between diagnostic and just photos) Also the ability to zoom into an image when in practitioner mode to better view an x-ray
