Better/More functions for Drawable image

Able to use pre made ticks ✅ on listings or able to use arrows ➡️ (Ie forward head posture) straight line functions instead of my very wiggle ones - ⚡️ lighting strike for sharp etc basically more functionality on the drawable image when doing a New Patient!
