Billing History to include invoice codes for private health

In Australia, billing codes are used by insurers to identify services rendered and pay out accordingly - as it stants these codes can be included in the individual invoices in the description heading, however they do not in their billing history. In order for patients to be able to claim multiple appointments at one time from their health insurance, the codes need to be added to the description column in the billing history statement too
