Blockout one resource only / allow online bookings

We have 1 practitioner who sees 5 people per timeslot and another who sees 3. So we have created 5 resources and put a blockout in 2 of those resources for the one practitioner. However, for online bookings, the system thinks she is completely unavailable, so no-one can book any online appointments for her at all. We desparately need a fix for this please
