BMI automatically calculated from patient entered weight and height

It would be great if body mass index (BMI) is automatically calculated when a patient enters their weight and height in an intake form. This would give the numerical value of BMI and a short description of what range their value falls into. E.g. underweight, a healthy weight, overweight, or obese.
