Book an appointment through the recall entry

When a user clicks the 'booked' button because the patient reschedules over the phone due to a recall, currently we have to go back to the calendar and then book the appointment. If the person changes their mind before we get to that, it's been marked incorrectly in their recall history. It would be great if, when you click 'booked', you are taken to the calendar and only when the appointment is confirmed in the diary is the 'booked' function complete and listed on their recall history
