Whats the most common name in the UK? Apparently it's "David Smith". If your practice is lucky enough to have at least 2 of the 6,163 of them in the UK, then being able to quickly identify who you have on the phone will be awesome. I'm thinking in the search bar we could have the D.O.B come up as automatic info under the last appointment info. easily verifiable and we can select the right David Smith. Various Hacks like a D.O.B in brackets added to their name works.... Until they go to book an onlline appointment and BANG they are not recognised :( I'm sure you dudes can figure out the work around. Chur. (ps love you Jez)
