CA able to move patient to awaiting check out

Right now when the office is busy, you can't always process a patient for example if you need to add a package or add a payment to a package (because of glitch this takes a few extra steps) so they stay in with practitioner section unless doctor does notes right away. So the ability for the CA to move to waiting check out would save confusion when trying to figure out who is on a bench .
