Campaign Rules
Add option to create a campaign based on appointment type.
This way you can set up automated emails before/after specific type of appointment (i.e. re-exam, ROF).
Or after a number of the same appointments.
EG
Rule 1: send after ROF
Rule 2: Send after 3rd adjustment appointment
