Can you put symbols on patients appointmnet

so you can see If they’ve completed their new patient forms, consent to treat, prepaid ahead?so you can not only see if they paid online, but prepaid. Also Did not arrive patients disappear from the diary, its useful fro practitioners to see them in the diary as the space wont get filled by anyone else and need to be followed up . We would also like a fast tab click back to the diary rather than a drop down along the white space along the top- this could be customised prehaps? Thank you
