Cancelled & Missed Appointment Report - Improvements

It currently only shows ‘actioned by’ on the Rescheduled section and not on the Cancelled and Missed sections

Really nerdy but would be good to see a drop down option for ‘actioned by’ as well as practitioner

Add a column for practitioner

Add some totals/percentages of total visits booked that month

Actioned by to also Include the options of:

1. Patient - Online

2. Patient - App

In the Status Amended at Column you include these really cool little tags that show when it was within 24 hours. Would be great to have a TAG that showed that the new appointment either adhered to their care plan or not. Green - Within care plan, Red - Outside care plan
