Cancelled & Missed Appointments REPORT

Hi, I like this report and is it possible to include re-scheduled appointments? 1) Cancelled 2) Missed Appointments 3) Re-schedule appointments. Less important than the others however as we are so busy it's useful for the practice manager & Practitioners to keep a eye on people moving their appointments and who may then be off schedule. Sometimes CAs can let people just reschedule too easily... or not keep them on track. Thank you, Alex
